In your My Account page, you can easily check the current order status. Please see the below for more information about the order status.

  • Open: Your order is incomplete, awaiting for payment.
  • Pending: Your order is incomplete, awaiting for payment or we haven't got the notification from our payment gateway
  • Processed: Your order is completed and we have received the payment.
  • Fraud Checking: Your order payment was on hold by payment gateway and takes 24-48 hrs for verification.
  • Canceled: Your order has been canceled by you or either by us.
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped and you will get the courier within 2-4 days.
  • Declined: Your order has been declined. Either you have canceled the transaction or you have clicked "Return to Merchant site".
  • Incomplete: Your order has been incomplete. Either the payment we have received or you have not yet done the transaction. Kindly contact us for the current status
I didn't see my order confirmation page or not received any email ?

If you didn't get any email from us, please wait 1-2 hrs to get the email from us regarding your order status.

I have ordered the wrong item. What should i do now ?

Contact us immediately at our phone number - 0761 4079842. We will cancel the order immediately. If the order has been shipped or received by you than return back the item to our office and we will refund the amount except courier charges.

After the transaction was completed how can i know the order progress ?

We will informed you through email or sms or phone call. Once the order has been shipped we will provide you the courier details including tracking number, courier name and courier website where you can track your consignment

What are the difference between OEM and Retail version of a product ?

Retail version comes with additional accessories, fancy boxes, bundle kit and warranty coverage. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) packagaing in simple white or brown box versions which does not contain any accessories, driver CDs and not warranty coverage. End-User is responsible for any kind of problem in OEM version.

We will keep you informed of your order via email. Your courier details will be emailed you once the item is dispatched. However you can also see the status of your order in My Account page.

What should i do if my order was opened or tampered upon delivery?

We never open any manufacturing packing from our side. However you receive opened or tampered packing please contact us immediately.

I have received the damaged item by courier, what can i do now?

Our all products listed on our website is insured, however if got the item defecting, immediately inform us about the status and tell the courier company to pickup the damage item and return to our office. We will try to replace the products or provide you the refund.

What is PlugnBuy return policy ?

If you have received the defective or damaged item, you get the replacement within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. Please note some of the item listed in our website is not eligible for refund, it was written on every product page.

In clothes you have 3 days to return for the exchange policy. Please note we only have catalog piece of clothes which have only one quantity.

Items should be returned in the original manufacture condition you had received. Please note we cannot accept item in certain instances:

  • Damaged due to misuse
  • Any software or hardware item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC code
  • Downloadable software with activation code
  • Any damage, defect which was not convered under by manufacture warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all materials inside the packaging

Please note, we charge 25% restocking fees. Return processing may take upto 5 business days from the time your product is received by us.

What is PlugnBuy return policy for clothing ?

You have 3 days to return the clothing products to qualify for the exchange policy. Please note we only have catalog piece of clothes which have only one quantity.

We not accept clothing if they are washed, used, trial, altered or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories in its original condition.

Please take a note of the following points:

  • The color red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colours. There was a slightly color variation in website and actual product.
  • The colors green and blue, white and cream at times may overlap.
  • Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care
What is PlugnBuy return policy for Software and SSL Certificate ?

Retail Boxes software may only have an 7 days of return policy if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed.

OEM software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM software cannot be installed on another machine once it is installed on main machine. Due to OEM policy, PlugnBuy is not responsible for system/software incompatability or any other issue. Kindly contact us or see the system requirements of such software in manufacture website for more details.

SSL Certificate have an 30 days of manufacture refund policy, if you are not satisfied with the SSL Certificate you may contact us within 30 days and we will provide you the full refund.

Please note some of the software is not qualify for the refund once it was purchased. This was clearly mentioned in every products.

How long does it takes to refund my amount

We normally takes 1-2 business days to cancel the order and refund the amount. You will be notified of the same. If you have done the transaction through Credit card, Debit Card/ATM, Netbanking this will take 7-10 days for process the refund by banks. Bank Deposit and Money Order will take 2-3 days for process the refund.
